Our Lady Help of Christians - St. Louis

Our Lady Help of Christians National Church began in 1900 as a church at 19th and Morgan Streets rented from the Presbyterians for Italian Catholics. In 1902 this location was abandoned in favor of the formerly Protestant church property at 10^th and Washington streets. The church was established as a chapel of ease dependent on the parish church of St. Charles Borromeo on Locust and Twenty-ninth. In 1975 the parish was closed and the church razed.
