St. Adalbert

ST. ADALBERT was a National Parish (Polish) established at 5720 Woodland in 1912. Its church was completed in 1914. In 1992 Nativity parish merged with St. Adalbert at the Adalbert site. In June of the following year (1993) St. Adalbert merged with St. Philip Neri at the St. Philip Neri site. This community became the new parish St. Simon of Cyrene on August 9, 1994. The church builiding of the former St. Adalbert now serves as the home of Oak Grove MB Church.
