Fees and Donations

  • Baptism, Confirmation and Marriage Certificates are $10 per copy. Microfilm copies of sacramental records researched by staff are also $10 per record.
  • Photocopies of research materials are $.25 with a minimum charge of $1.00.
  • Scans of materials are $1.00 per page.
  • Archival staff provide up to two hours of research per request. Additional research is chargeable at a rate of $50 per hour with two-hour minimum and payable in advance.

As the Archives is not part of a larger genealogical library, donations based on the length of time the microfilm reader is used and the amount of time and assistance received by the staff, are customary and appreciated. Donations and fees should be made payable to the Archives and mailed to:
