St Stephen of Hungary Church was built at 1041 Chouteau Avenue in 1934 as a Hungarian national parish. Sources suggest that when it closed in 1957 its population continued at St. Mary of Victories calling themselves St Stephen's Parish at St Mary's Church. It's currently known as St. Mary’s German Catholic Church. (2009)
