Status Animarum (Annual Report)

A listing of the baptisms, marriages and confirmations that have taken place at the parish during the year are to be completed annually. The status animarum forms for baptism, confirmation and marriage are available in Parish Helper. The completed forms are to be printed, signed by the pastor, and sent to the Archdiocesan Archives and Records at the Cardinal Rigali Center, 20 Archbishop May Dr. St. Louis, MO 63119-5738 at the end of the fiscal year.
