Deacon Chauvin has served as Chief Financial Officer for the Archdiocese of St. Louis since 1998. He is responsible for all financial matters for the Archdiocese, including public reporting of financial information. He also oversees the internal audits of all agencies, ministries and parishes and has management oversight for information technology, risk management, human resources, and buildings and real estate.
Deacon Chauvin has served the Church as a permanent deacon since 1986 and, in addition to his duties for the Archdiocese, is assigned to serve his home parish, Ascension in Chesterfield. He has been married for 41 years, and has three children and six grandchildren.
