Updating Directory Information

Updating Directory Information (Parishes, Schools, Organizations)

The Archdiocese of Saint Louis uses a database to organize parish information (personnel, Mass times, Reconciliation times, Adoration times, etc.), organization information (addresses, phone numbers, etc.), and school information (addresses, school programs, etc.). This database can be managed by Parish staff, the Education Office, and other personnel directly involved with various organizations.

Updating Parish Information

Parish information (including contacts, Sacrament times, and location information) can be updated by your parish staff using Parish Helper Online. For more information about PHOL, or to get access to PHOL, please contact Parish Support at parishsupport@archstl.org.

Your parish can be found by searching in the Parishes section of the Archdiocesan Directory.

Note: Updated information may take up to two days to appear on the website!

Updating School Information

Updating Organization/Agency Information

To have the information about your organization or agency up-to-date, please send an email to communication@archstl.org with the name of your organization, your name, and the information that needs to be updated. Please follow the formatting on the Organizations listing page.
