The Archdiocese of St. Louis makes available announcements for use in parish bulletins. Parishes may use these announcements in their bulletins, calendars, and online.

  • Anyone can submit a bulletin announcement.
  • Please submit announcements at least four weeks in advance of the date of the event.
  • Include contact information for all announcements, even if this information is not to be included with the announcement. Announcements submitted without contact information will not be posted.
  • All submitted announcements are subject to approval and editing.

Using Content from Others: You may not use content from other websites or any printed materials without expressed written consent. A best practice for the protection of our websites is to provide links to websites with the original materials that we wish to share.

Archbishop Carlson invites members of the judiciary and legal community, public service officials and their families to the annual Red Mass. This celebration of the opening of the judicial term is a sign of civic unity and an opportunity to pray for guidance. The Red Mass is Sunday, October 5, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at the Cathedral Basilica of Saint Louis (Lindell Boulevard and Newstead). A reception will follow at Boland Hall. No RSVP is needed. The Society of St. Vincent De Paul, Friends of the Poor Walk, is right around the corner. As in year’s past, a group from SFA will be walking to raise funds to help us continue to provide assistance to our neighbors in need. Bishop Rice will be joining the SFA Team in this year’s walk which is scheduled to take place on September 20, 2014 at 9:00 A.M. in Jefferson Barracks Park. Your support is critical to the continued success of the SFA SVDP. Please consider sponsoring our efforts by making a donation of ANY amount. The 6th Annual Trivia Night to benefit the Archbishop Robert J. Carlson Adoption Fund will be held Saturday, October 4 at St. James the Greater Catholic Church in south St. Louis. Doors open at 6:15 p.m. and trivia starts at 7 p.m. It is a wonderful cause that allows us to donate towards the gift of adoption and change a family's life forever.
