The Archdiocese of St. Louis makes available announcements for use in parish bulletins. Parishes may use these announcements in their bulletins, calendars, and online.

  • Anyone can submit a bulletin announcement.
  • Please submit announcements at least four weeks in advance of the date of the event.
  • Include contact information for all announcements, even if this information is not to be included with the announcement. Announcements submitted without contact information will not be posted.
  • All submitted announcements are subject to approval and editing.

Using Content from Others: You may not use content from other websites or any printed materials without expressed written consent. A best practice for the protection of our websites is to provide links to websites with the original materials that we wish to share.

Haas to perform at Saint Mary-of-the-Woods | 1 week 3 days ago
The Sisters of Providence of Saint Mary-of-the-Woods, Indiana, will host renowned liturgical composer David Haas for a concert and workshop on Friday and Saturday, March 11-12. The concert, which will be open to the public and take place in the Church of the Immaculate Conception, will take place from 7 to 8:30 p.m., on Friday, March 11. The workshop, “A Spiritual and Musical Journey for the Beloved of God,” will take place from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., on Saturday, March 12, in the O’Shaughnessy Dining Hall. Cost for the concert is $10; cost for the workshop is $20 and includes a box lunch. Tickets for the concert and workshop may be purchased online by registering at events.sistersofprovidence.org. Creative Writing Contest Now Open | 1 week 6 days ago
Eighth grade students from archdiocesan, parish and private elementary schools, parish schools of religion and home school programs are eligible to submit an entry in the annual Creative Writing Contest. Last year students from 60 elementary schools and 12 PSR programs submitted more than 1100 entries for consideration. The Respect Life Apostolate will select finalist(s) from each school/PSR class/home school program, and five partial scholarships will be announced at the Awards Assembly at the Cardinal Rigali Center on April 20, 2016. This year’s topic sentence reflects the connection between abortion and chastity: Explain why living the virtue of chastity protects us from abortion and blesses us with true holiness, health and happiness. The deadline for submitting entries is February 19, 2016. Principals, PSR directors, and the St. Louis Catholic Home School Association have received an email with detailed instructions. The Respect Life Apostolate is offering an eight-week unpaid summer internship in June and July. The internship will be approx. 16 hours/week (Tuesdays and Thursdays). Internships are available to rising high school seniors and college students. Interns will gain work experience in a Catholic organization as well as learn more about pro-life issues.
