The Archdiocese of St. Louis makes available announcements for use in parish bulletins. Parishes may use these announcements in their bulletins, calendars, and online.

  • Anyone can submit a bulletin announcement.
  • Please submit announcements at least four weeks in advance of the date of the event.
  • Include contact information for all announcements, even if this information is not to be included with the announcement. Announcements submitted without contact information will not be posted.
  • All submitted announcements are subject to approval and editing.

New Comma Baroque performs "Somewhere in Time: Telemann’s ‘Lost’ Fantasias for Solo Viola da Gamba," March 12, 2017, 2:00 P.M. at Mercy Center, Frontenac. Artist Phillip W. Serna performs on double bass with numerous Midwest orchestras as well as on violas da gamba with period-instrument Early Music ensembles. In performance, Phillip has appeared on Chicago’s 98.7FM WFMT, Wisconsin Public Radio, Milwaukee Public Radio and WUIS NPR and can be heard on CD releases from Clarion, Cedille, Soundbyte and Varèse Sarabande Records. Cost: A freewill donation will be taken to support the work of Mercy Conference and Retreat Center. This event is a New Comma Baroque event honoring this center. “Welcoming the Stranger,” a three-part series offering the stories of some of the nation’s newest arrivals, will look at those “Here at Home” on Wednesday, Feb. 22 at 6:30 p.m. at the Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet motherhouse, 6400 Minnesota Ave., St. Louis, MO 63111. Jessica Mayo, a non-profit immigration attorney and co-founder of the Migrant and Immigrant Community Action (MICA) Project, will share stories of immigrants and refugees seeking legal assistance from MICA and their efforts to make America their permanent home. The St. Joseph Altar at St. Ambrose Parish | 6 weeks 5 days ago
St. Ambrose Parish on the Hill will hold the annual St. Joseph Altar on Sunday, March 19, 2017. The event will begin with Mass at 11:00 a.m. in the church, followed by a short procession to the school building. Beginning around 12:30 p.m., Monsignor Vincent Bommarito, Pastor, will bless the altar in the cafeteria, and the altar in the gym, and two food lines will be open. Italian specialties, cakes, breads, pastries, fruits and vegetables will be available for purchase until close, around 3:30p.m. Admission to the altars is free, but a thoughtful donation is requested for the buffet line.
