The Archdiocese of St. Louis makes available announcements for use in parish bulletins. Parishes may use these announcements in their bulletins, calendars, and online.

  • Anyone can submit a bulletin announcement.
  • Please submit announcements at least four weeks in advance of the date of the event.
  • Include contact information for all announcements, even if this information is not to be included with the announcement. Announcements submitted without contact information will not be posted.
  • All submitted announcements are subject to approval and editing.

Using Content from Others: You may not use content from other websites or any printed materials without expressed written consent. A best practice for the protection of our websites is to provide links to websites with the original materials that we wish to share.

SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital will be hosting a Volunteer Open House on Monday, September 12 from 1pm - 3pm in the Mother Concordia Room on the ground floor of the hospital by the café. Everyone is welcome to come and learn how you can share your time and talents to make a difference in the lives of others at the hospital. St. Mary's is actively seeking new volunteers age 16 to 95 who can help fulfill our mission, Through our exceptional health care services, we reveal the healing presence of God.

St. Francis Borgia Parish Fall Festival is Sunday, September 11, 2016. Family style dinner includes deep fried chicken and roast beef, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, slaw, homemade tomato relish and home-made desserts. Tickets are $10 for adults, $5 for children ages 6-11and $8 for Seniors. Carry-outs are available. The cafeteria, located at Second & Cedar Streets in Washington MO, is handicap accessible and air conditioned. Fun throughout the day for adults and children alike. St. Francis Borgia Parish Open Air Dance is Saturday, September 10 under the tent on Pine Street in Washington MO. Mass outside at 6:30 pm and dancing from 8:00 till 11:30 pm. Life in the Spirit Speaker Workshop. Tuesday, August 23, 2016, 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Catholic Renewal Center, 1406 S. Sappington Road in Crestwood. This workshop is considered foundational for speakers and those who would like to become speakers, and will primarily cover matters concerning mission, accountability and being one in the Holy Spirit. It will also deal with speaker growth and networking and introduce a quarterly opportunity to continue that process. If you know someone who should be at this workshop, please bring them along. Also, if you have these books, please bring them with you: The New Life in the Spirit Seminars Team Manual - Catholic Edition 2000 and Baptism in the Holy Spirit - ICCRS Doctrinal Commission - 2012. If you do not have these books, they will be provided at the workshop without charge, but a donation of at least $20 would cover the cost of materials.
