Young Catholic Musicians - Looking for a Flute Player for their Christmas Concert (Junior High to High School Age) | 14 weeks 4 days ago
Father Bruce Forman is the Director of the Young Catholic Musicians. The YCM Christmas Concert will be held on the evenings of December 28 & 29 at Seven Holy Founders. The music is orchestrated for two flutes. One of our flutes must go out of town with her family the week of the concert. So I am searching for someone to play the second flute part. The music is of medium difficulty. And if your parish has any students or you know of someone (junior high to high school age) who excels on the flute and would be interested, I can email them a sample of the music to give them an idea of the difficulty. There will be a stipend of $300 paid. The student must attend all rehearsals which are November 22 & 30, December 7, 13 & 21 and then the Dress Rehearsal at Seven Holy Founders Church in Affton on December 27. They can contact me by email at or phone at 314-231-7464. Thank you for your assistance as I search for a flute player for our concert. Thank you again for your assistance.
