8.  Make all required corrections regarding Progress notes, Services Codes, Client Profile changes, Student Profile and late level changes.&lt;br /&gt;
9.  Review billing to make sure that the clinician did not over bill the allowable services.  If there was an overbill, report it to Billing Supervisor.&lt;br /&gt;
10.  Bill all TREM groups, Clinical Supervision and Drug Screens directly into CIMOR.  Prepare  monthly total reports for the Billing Supervisor&lt;br /&gt;
11.  Organize all group logs into log books by date.&lt;br /&gt;
12.  Assist with the yearly audit which includes: preparation, assistance with auditors and service explanation.&lt;br /&gt;
13.  Other duties as assigned.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Qualifications:&lt;br /&gt;
Must have the ability to organize duties and perform them in a timely manner.  Computer data entry and word processing required.  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other related field preferred with organizational skills.  Two (2) years sobriety required if recovering alcoholic/drug addict.&lt;/p&gt;

•Accreditation – prepare for 2013 Federation accreditation, including compiling documentation from all agencies and programs, organizing materials, interpreting standards, developing assistive information for compliance, scrutinizing documents from agencies to ensure they address standards, and engaging Federation staff through personal contact to ensure they are properly addressing standards.  Assist in preparation of self-study to be transmitted to accrediting organization.&lt;br /&gt;
•Provide support for HIPAA implementation and engage in training staff on an ongoing basis.&lt;br /&gt;
•Quality Improvement Projects – Participate in quality improvement initiatives, providing support for development of new forms, tracking data, and preparing reports.&lt;br /&gt;
•Provide administrative support for Research and Quality Improvement department.&lt;br /&gt;
Qualifications:  Undergraduate degree preferred in the field of Business, Policy, Social Work or other related curriculum.  Five years of experience in a social services environment or comparable office environment.  Demonstrated ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects and diverse tasks, and have good writing and basic statistical skills. The Fostering Faithful Families program is carried out local faith-based child welfare organizations that saw the need to recruit and support foster and adoptive families from our faith-based community. Primary responsibilities include building relationships within the faith based community in the Archdiocese of St. Louis, educating parishes about the need for more foster and adoptive families, training Ambassadors within church congregations, developing marketing plans to spread the message of Fostering Faithful Families and reporting all results to the lead agency.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The position requires experience/knowledge in the field of state foster care and adoption, strong written and verbal communication skills, a demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire others to serve, and an ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships within a team.  The position also requires a desire and passion to see the Fostering Faithful Families ministry succeed in the St. Louis community and a passion for the right of every child to be part of a permanent, loving family.  The ability to build relationships within the faith based community and with other community partners and an ability to relate with empathy to children and adults are necessary.  The position requires periodic weekend and evening responsibilities including attending church services, participating in events, and meeting with designated Ambassadors.&lt;/p&gt;

8.  Oversees annual training and educational programs for staff and interns.&lt;br /&gt;
9.  Researches and implements evidence-based behavioral health practices that are gender-specific and family-centered.&lt;br /&gt;
10.  Attends staff meetings and keeps abreast of program and clients’ status.&lt;br /&gt;
11.  Supervise program and activities in conjunction with clinical and administrative staff.&lt;br /&gt;
12.  Provides case program consultation and clinical supervision.&lt;br /&gt;
