Employee Benefits 2012
Welcome to 2012 Open Enrollment
The Open Enrollment period is between April 23 and May 7, 2012 with an effective date of July 1, 2012.
Employees eligible for the Archdiocesan health insurance plan and the flexible spending accounts will have the option to enroll, cancel, or change their current plan elections. All employees will make their elections online by using Employee Self Service.
The open enrollment time period is only available during that time period. If you missed particpating in the Open Enrollment process, please contact Office of Human Resources at
By April 19, all benefit eligible employees should have received their Open Enrollment packets.
In order to review your July 1 benefit plan information, click on Open Enrollment Benefits Information 2012.
Using Employee Self-Service Sign On
Here are a few steps to follow in order to make the Employee Self Service process easier:
1. Have your User Name and Password available. To create a new password, click on the green button below.
2. Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher and a Windows PC computer is required. No Foxfire, Mozilla or Macs.
3. Now you are ready to access the Employee Self-Service:
You can click on (new window) Self Service Sign On.
Please note: Popup Blockers must be disabled in order to use the Self Service Sign On. On your toolbar of your Internet browser, click on "Tools", a drop down list should state "Pop Up Blockers". Follow the process to turn off the pop up blocker.
