Employee Flu Vaccines available in October 2015 at 42 Archdiocesan Locations 

A flu vaccine is provided to all active Archdiocesan employees, spouses, & their dependent children, compliments of the Archdiocesan Employee Benefit Plan. We offer the flu vaccine to your dependent children 9 to 25 years old, however, ages 9 – 17 need to have their parent/guardian attend with them.

No Appointments are accepted or required. You may receive your flu vaccine at any of the 42 different locations throughout the Archdiocese. The employee’s proof of employment (ex: copy of current paycheck or health insurance ID card) may be required in order to receive the vaccine.

If you have concern in regards to receiving a flu shot, please consult your personal physician.

Employee Wellness Screenings available in September 2015

A voluntary and comprehensive health screenings will be available to all employees participating in the Archdiocesan health insurance plan. These confidential screenings will be conducted by H&H Health Associates. Appointments are required for the screening sessions. This screening is one method to complete the annual prerequisite for the health insurance plan in order to have the option to enroll in the UnitedHealthcare Premier Plan effective July 1, 2016. The screenings are for the employee only, not for dependents or a spouse.
