Today & All the Days of Your Life Program

Today and All the Days of Your Life is a program of marriage preparation, developed by the tadylcovershot.jpgArchdiocese of Saint Louis, to help engaged couples to understand Sacramental Marriage and life-long commitment, as well as the vows and promises they will make on their wedding day. This program is designed to be used by Sponsor Couples in a parish or by a Facilitator Couple in a small or large group setting. The complete program lasts ten hours.

This eight-part series can be presented in a variety of formats, such as four, 2.5-hour sessions, two, 5-hour sessions; assorted weekend schedules and even a single day. Each segment begins with a brief video presentation and an opportunity for the facilitator to connect more deeply with the engaged couples by sharing a relevant experience from their own marriage. Time is provided for each individual to use their Couple Workbook and to share responses with their future spouse. Also included are the Daily Temperature Reading (DTR) communication skill from PAIRS International, and the Newlyweds’ Guide to Money Management from Consumer Debt Counseling.

  • Engaged couple sharing their reflections together
