Sponsoring Parishes

The requirements of parishes wishing to sponsor the St. Charles Lwanga Center include:

The parish must be Catholic and located within the St. Louis metropolitan area. 
  • The parish is assessed $500 per year to help support the upkeep of the Center.
  • Parishioners of sponsoring parishes are encouraged to participate in the Center’s programs and services.
  • Parishes are asked to establish a St. Charles Lwanga Center Benefactors’ Program to encourage their parishioners to give to St. Charles Lwanga Center on a regular monthly basis according to their financial means and spirit of generosity.
  • Benefactors: $30 or more (More than $360 per year)
  • Sponsors: $20 to $29.00 ($240 to $360 per year)
  • Patrons: $10 to $19.00 ($120 to $239 per year)
  • The sponsoring parish provides a representative for the Center’s board.
