Colleen CoughlinHi Everyone!

This year's National Meeting of the Pontifical Mission Societies is being held in the Windy City - Chicago, Illinois! Msgr. Francis Blood, Sue Spavale, and I will be attending this year's meeting, which will take place from Tuesday, April 27th through Thursday, April 29th. Be sure to visit the official website of the National Meeting - www.pmsnatmtg.org - for the inside scoop, as blogs, video, commentary, and much more will be posted during our three days together!

Msgr. Blood will be presenting the results of our recent St. Louis Mission Congress that we hosted on April 10th.  We have a great PowerPoint that we will be showing, in addition to his presentation. We're really looking forward to sharing how the Archdiocese of St. Louis is involved in mission - and learning how other (arch)dioceses around the country are involved, too!

Hope to see you online next week!

Dear Colleen and the whole staff, congratulations for all initiatives and works you are doing to join the mission of Christ to evangelize. Am a Tanzanian missionary priest of the Precious Blood Society working in my native country Tanzania. I have been so interested by the work of the mission office and the responce of all people in your diocese. Complement to Fr Francis to realize his dream as a missionary to take a break and visit/work with us. As a mission cordinator, I take this opportunity to start communication and partnership in missionary spirit. God bless you all. God bless our missionary work,
Fr Wambura,
Dar es salaam - Tanzania

Hi Brenda!

Thanks for your note! I'm sorry we didn't get a chance to see each other at the meeting this year, but I'm glad to be in touch with you "online" here at the blog. Tell Fr. Joe hello and thanks so much for his excitement about the website! Talk to you later!

Colleen

Hi Colleen - sorry I missed the meeting this year, but my new boss, Fr. Joe McCabe, came back with the link to your website to show me because he was so impressed with it. Keep up the good work! Good to "see" you again! Blessings, Brenda
