AlexMy trip to Mexico was a life changing experience. I had a wonderful time meeting new people and creating new relationships. My family I stayed with treated me awesome. I got the chance to play cards and spend time with them every night. When my group returned home we always spent at least 30 minutes playing cards and talking with them. It was amazing to see how well I could communicate with my family having spoken no Spanish. The relationships I formed are relationships I will never forget.

One of my favorite parts of the trip was interacting with the kids of Mexico. It didn’t take much for them to like me. I would give the little kids candy and I was cool with them right away. This experience I had in Mexico was an amazing trip and I recommend this trip to any one wishing to go. Down there you will have fun, meet new people, and get a better understanding of illegal immigrants. It was amazing to see how many Mexicans had family living in America. Almost every Mexican down there knew someone living in the states.
