Position Description: 

Blessed Teresa of Calcutta Parish is seeking a full-time (40 hours per week) Office Manager for the Parish Office. The Office Manager is the first point of contact for parishioners and visitors to the parish and is responsible for a wide variety of office management and administrative duties including purchasing and financial-related duties. Duties include serving as Child Safety Coordinator, managing parish census and contribution database, recording sacramental records in appropriate registers and the online Archdiocesan database and a variety of office related activities.

Qualified candidates will have three to five years of general office and related experience. Must have strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Publisher a plus) and ability to learn new systems. They should be a practicing Catholic with strong interpersonal skills. Must be well organized and able to work without constant supervision. Must be able to work with a variety of people with professionalism and confidentiality.
