Training Coordinator (Part-time)

Position Description: 

CATHOLIC CHARITIES OF ST. LOUIS, a federation of eight agencies, has been helping people in need since 1912. In response to the teachings of Jesus Christ, our mission is to serve people in need, especially those who are poor and vulnerable; work to improve social conditions for all people in the community; and call members of the Church and community to do the same. On an annual basis, the Catholic Charities Federation assists over 136,000 people, in the 11 counties of the Archdiocese of St. Louis.

The Training Coordinator position provides development and support of the Federation Training programs as well as support for compliance initiatives including Accreditation, HIPAA and Quality Improvement Projects. Position is part-time; day hours.

Responsibilities:
• Provide coordination, technical assistance and support for workshops in the Federation-wide training program, including prep, registration, setup, delivery and follow-up.
• Prepare related documents including calendars, invitations, evaluations and certificates.
• Coordinate use of Eventbrite software (to track attendance at training).
• Assist with client survey implementation by preparing surveys, distribute, track and enter responses into software program, and develop reports.
• Develop and prepare documents for accreditation, compliance and risk management. Serve as support role for accreditation preparation.
• Coordinate HIPAA refresher training and evaluation throughout the Federation, including tracking and correspondence.
• Manage training website for Federation; be adept at navigating and administrating on-line systems.
• Prepare reports and documents for the Research & Quality Assurance Department, including minutes.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, equivalent experience will be considered.
• Able to handle and prioritize multiple projects and tasks; have good writing and basic statistical skills. Attention to detail and accuracy required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications.
• Demonstrable passion for the mission of Catholic Charities of St. Louis.
