Position Description: 

Queen of Peace Center has an opportunity for a full-time Senior Manager of Perinatal Behavioral Health. Queen of Peace Center is a family-centered behavioral healthcare provider for women with addiction, their children and families. The gender focused female recovery center provides a variety of treatment options to women with co-occurring disorders and those affected by trauma.

General Description:
Reporting to the Clinical Director, the Senior Manager of Perinatal Behavioral Health will be responsible for developing and overseeing perinatal behavioral health initiatives, programs and partnerships. This clinical leadership position will be charged with the oversight o Queen of Peace Center’s maternity home, perinatal clinical care including outreach, engagement and treatment, and collaborative partnerships.

Provide clinical leadership -
• Development and management of a high quality, evidence based, gender specific behavioral health treatment program and cohesive clinical team
• Contribute to and work collaboratively on program development, evidence based practice implementation, quality improvement and staff education
• Development and management of clinical strategic planning
• Clinical supervision of counselors, community support specialists, doula and direct support staff
• Along with the maternity home supervisor, provide program management and leadership of the home and program in accordance with state and federal regulations

Bring stakeholders together -
• Strategically engage and retain key perinatal behavioral health partners in collaborative initiatives
• Ensure continuous communication with collaborative partners
• Participate on strategically-aligned boards and community groups
• Communicate program results to priority audiences

Manage collaborative action -
• Guide action and strategy planning conducted by initiative groups and staff
• Be aware of and work within grant deliverables, budgets, reporting and regulations; support timely reports and effective communication with funder
• Determine resource needs of projects and partnerships; coordinate with appropriate internal staff and external partners to secure resources
• Oversee program delivery subcontracts/grants associated with collaborative projects

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
• Master’s degree in social work or counseling with a license in the State of Missouri
• Certified clinical supervisor with at least 5 years’ experience in behavioral healthcare and clinical supervision
• Program management experience
• Clinical experience with and comprehensive understanding of perinatal behavioral healthcare
• Proven record of accomplishment over a minimum of 7 years in program management and working with community groups
• Ability to engage community organizations
• Prior experience implementing public and private grant projects
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills
• Excellent computer skills, including internet research, databases, word processing, spreadsheets, database management software, email and web
