Parish registration for the Totus Tuus program is now open. Totus Tuus (Latin for Totally Yours) named after St. John Paul II's papal motto is a fun and energetic parish based summer catechetical program for grade school age children and middle and high school youth.

Totus Tuus gathers together college students and seminarians from across the United States onto teaching teams in order to train them and send them out on the road to spread the Good News of Jesus Christ in various participating parishes throughout the Archdiocese of St. Louis. The teachers’ youthfulness, energy, and ability to witness to the faith make them particularly effective with children and young adults.

The weeklong program is offered as a day program for first through sixth graders and as an evening program for seventh through twelfth graders. Catechists will travel from parish to parish and stay with host families while presenting the program.

Joe Dobrynski, Coordinator of Faith Programs for the Office of Youth Ministry, coordinates the Archdiocesan program. He says “Totus Tuus is more than a summer camp; it’s a way of life. Through dynamic college-aged teachers who are on fire for their faith, the young people of each parish are invited into a relationship with Christ through the Sacraments, catechesis, the Rosary and a whole lot of fun!”

If you are interested in bringing Totus Tuus to your parish, visit the Totus Tuus page of the OYM website for more details and to download the Parish Information Guide, or contact Joe Dobrynski at or call (314) 792-7613.
