About Sister Patricia Hottinger: She is a Communion Minister for residents at Marian Village, Homer Glen, Illinois, where she now lives, as well as for a few sisters living in a memory care center. She volunteers at The Circle in Chicago once a week giving Healing Touch to a few women. The Circle/El Circulo is sponsored by the Society of Helpers to accompany women on their journey by offering a welcoming and nurturing space with opportunities that support, encourage, and empower. She enjoys keeping in touch with friends through phone calls, e-mails and cards. Jigsaw puzzles, solitaire cards, resident activities, a balcony with flowers and hummingbird visitors are a few of the many things that bring joy into her life.
