The Office of Catholic Education and Formation published a researched Care Team Process 2023 and would like to share more information about this important process and its effect on students' success when implemented with fidelity.
All learning consultants, resource teams and principals of schools without a Care Team are invited to the collaboration on Wednesday, February 21, 2024 from 9 – 11:30am at the Cardinal Rigali Center (Lally Room). The morning will be dedicated to introducing the process (what it is, how it affects learning, its successes and its obstacles), as well as discussing how to get a Care Team started from the ground up.
