Our Lady of Good Counsel (Bellefontaine Neighbors), formerly a city parish of the same name, was relocated in 1951 at 1160 St. Cyr Rd. Its church/school was built in 1953, a second church was completed in 1966. The school was staffed by the Apostles of the Sacred Heart (Zealtrices). When it closed in 2005, its property was purchased by Riverview Gardens School District. The parishioners were invited to join Holy Name of Jesus in Bissell Hills.
