2004 St. Blaise (Maryland Heights), established in 1961, was located at 3130 Parkwood Lane. Its school was staffed by the Sisters of St. Joseph (1964-1972) and later by lay faculty. In 2004 the parish merged with St. Lawrence (Bridgeton) to form Holy Spirit Parish.
