St. Teresa of Avila

 St Teresa of Avila was established in 1885. The original building was replaced in 1900. Located at 3636 N. Market St. (Grand and North Market), it was staffed by the Montfort Missionary Fathers from 1965-1996. A school, begun in 1866, was staffed by the Sisters of St Joseph. In 2003, it was merged at the same location into Sts. Teresa and Bridget.
