Real Appeal Weight Managment Program

On July 1st, the Archdiocese of St. Louis is rolling out Real Appeal, the premium step-by-step, personalized vitual weight management program that will entertain and inspire you to make positive, lasting changes for a healthier, happier life.  Check out this short video for more information on the program.

Because Real Appeal is a healthcare benefit, it is available to all Archdiocese of St. Louis employees, spouses, and dependents (18 and older) with UnitedHealthcare insurance and a body mass index (BMI) of 23 or higher at no additional employee cost, as it is paid for by the Archdiocesan Health Insurance Plan.

When you sign up, you'll get the Real Appeal Success Kit delivered right to your door after your first online group meeting.  It's filled with everything you need to kick start your weight loss and keep those numbers on the scale moving in the right direction.
