Revenue Cycle Associate - FT

Position Description: 

As a member of the Revenue and Grants Team, this position may work on a variety of financial, billing, and compliance projects. Primary focus would be in billing and reimbursement of claims for both Department of Behavioral Health as well as grants.

2. Specific Duties:
• Submission of claims for the Missouri Department of Behavioral Health (DBH) and all other
funding sources
• Prepare direct billing, invoicing, and/or request payments for all delivered services from DBH and
other grant awards (including private, public, and federal awards)
• Identify and monitor unpaid claims including research and resolution of claims
• Produce work with a high degree of accuracy while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
• Gather information and articulate it, identifying potential concerns or issues
• Other duties as assigned

3. Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, public administration, health administration or other related
field OR five years’ related experience
• 1+ years in accounting or billing experience a plus
• Ability to prioritize work and consistently meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong computer skills with fluency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Outlook, and
