St. Mary's Special Services – Inclusionary Daycare/Preschool and Early Intervention Programs

St. Mary’s Special Services offers intervention services for preschool and school aged children in North County Catholic schools and a South County inclusionary preschool serving children ages six weeks to six years who are typically developing along with children who have developmental delays or disabilities.

St. Mary's Special Services extends special acknowledgement and gratitude for the financial support of its mission to:

 Early Intervention Services:     

  • Partnership with several Catholic parish schools in North County
  • Providing services to students with special learning needs, either diagnosed or suspected
  • Services include  a social worker and a speech and language pathologist
  • Beginning with preschool and early elementary students; older students may be included as space becomes available
  • Services provided during the school day and are in addition to any services received through another agency
  • No cost to families

Day Care and Preschool Programs:       

  • Classroom-based intervention services provided by qualified, trained teachers and child care workers for children ages six weeks to six years
  • Serving all children of all abilities ages six weeks to six years
  • Providing activities and instruction that help each child achieve his/her God-given potential
  • Licensed by the Missouri Department of Health
  • Missouri Accreditation of programs for Children and Youth
  • Available year-round from 6 am to 6 pm
  • Low child:staff ratio
